This feasibility study involved the assessing the viability of moving the Monmouth Museum into the Grade I listed Shire Hall building and creating a new attraction with a plan for its economic sustainability. It set out a response to the brief given by the Client, MonLife. In moving the Museum into Shire Hall, MonLife’s vision was to create an exceptional, integrated visitor attraction that engages and inspires existing and new audiences. We carried out market and audience analysis, as well as an action plan prior to developing the proposal. We developed a business, cost and delivery plans, together with risk analysis to ensure the proposal is economically viable.
